Order Procedure:
1. Send an email to us with the following information:
*Products ID and products Size from our website.
*Quantity you want.
*Your contact details (Full name, Address, Zipcode, Fax, City, Country and Telephone).
2. We send you confirmation email after receive your order information.
3. Make the payment and then send name to us.
4. We confirm the payment and send out the products by door to door Express mail
in 3 days or so.
5. We will email the tracking number to you after we deliver the products.
Price:
The price includes the shipping cost and the insurance.
The quality of ours is as good as that of many other suppliers,while our prices
are not high as theirs. If you are interested in the products and prices, please
e-mail us as soon as possible.
1. All the products are 100% authentic, brand new condition and come with original
box, otherwise noted.
2. All the products will be shipped by TNT,DHL,UPS,Sodexi or EMS with TRACKING NUMBER.
3. Length of the shipping time is estimated, your country custom may hold the import
packages for inspection and custom duty tax may be applied, for which we WILL NOT
liable.
Order:
For wholesale business, the minimum order of our products is 12 pairs (a carton) per
style and color. But we also accept the small order such as 1 or 2 pairs for the
new customers in order to let the customers to know the top quality of our products,
as well as the excellent and prompt service we offer.
For retail business, the minimum order is not limited, You can mix order in any
model & any color & any size shoes. For example, you can buy a pair of shoes, a
piece of T-shirt and a bag at a time.
Exchange/Returns:
1. We DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND, on items unless current stocks are sold out.
2. If you intend to exchange or return any merchandise, please E-MAIL US in advance
so that arrangements can be made.
3. All intended exchange and returns MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS after the merchandise
was received.
4. All the exchanges and returns MUST BE IN PREFECT CONDITION with ORIGINAL BOX.
5. We offer the possibility to exchange or return BUT reserve the right to deny
exchange or return if ANY of the listed condition are UNFULFILLED.
