b. package them in that protective wrap outside the box,and send the boxes flat.

3. how to solve the problem when buyers get wrong products?
For mistake,if we send wrong products to our buyer, pleas take a pic for wrong goods and send by email to us,we will pay $5 per pair for them by next order.

4. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 3 days you can trace your package(s). We will send you a tracking number as soon as we have it.

5. How long will it take to receive the products I order?
It usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver your products. Sometimes, the products are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
